Returns Policy:
We understand that some items need to be returned.
Please ensure the following is in order before returning the items:
1. We will only accept goods that have been purchased within the last 30 days and the Original Proof of Purchase is stated
2. Goods are packaged safely and securely (damaged items will not be accepted)
3. All original tags are returned with items
4. Items are unused and un-washed
5. No returns on items that were on sale

6. Returning of goods is for your account. Additional fees will apply for the arrangement of a courier

7. Refunds take 5-7 working days to process

8. Items purchased outside of Bush and Bundu must be returned to where they were purchased

Warranty Claims:
We do our best to ensure that each product is of the highest quality. If this is not the case, we will be happy to facilitate sending the item back to the supplier for assessment.

4. Please tell us how the problem happened

IT IS UP TO THE SUPPLIER TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE PRODUCT HAS A MANUFACTURING FAULT OR IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN MISUSED.
